Letter from the CEO

Another warm welcome to our updated homepage. We are now 2½ year into our exiting journey, and a lot have happemed.

We have made significant progress within our goal to become a new M&A house, on sell and buy side, exploring interesting candidates to Danish and international private equity, family offices and industrial and private investors.

We assist several minor and medium sized technology based It companies, within software, consultancy and products with the right next move for them, that being an divestment or in house initiatives ready for a new phase.

We also work closely within several Life sciency companies assisting them in finding the right next production site in Europe and US, and internationally.

On top of this do we reignite our focus on project management and have hired a brand new senior manager for this task. Please welcome XXX

Based on my history, this journey will continue, focusing on these two business elements. Project management consultancy and M&A incl. executive advisory.

Throughout my rather long career within the IT industry, I have been a part of building up a number of IT Service functions.

Originally, and back in 1986, I worked with the construction of an IT Service function in SAS (today Amadeus). Later, I established a consultancy unit to support CA’s comprehensive software portfolio, moving from 0 to 700 consultants across Europe.

Most recently, and for the past 15 years, I have been a part of developing NNIT into one of the leading IT suppliers in Denmark, going from 1000 to more than 3000 employees.

I truly believe in the importance of openness and credibility. That’s why I have always worked very closely with my employees and customers to ensure the best possible business outcomes.

My mantra has always been and continues to be: ‘Happy employees create happy clients, who buy more’.

In an ever-transforming reality, with greater distance between people and more digitization, I believe that this remains more than relevant.

Based on this, I have started Relatable Consulting Group – an IT Management Consultancy company that is built on a set of values around credibility, passion and accessibility.

Michael Fischer

Head of Sales

Michael has expertise in sales excellence, strategic sales, negotiation, project management, partner management, go-to-market strategy, IT service management and implementation of change management. He is specialized within the Danish private enterprise sector. Michael’s passion is to work with customers, understanding their business challenges in order to deliver the optimal IT solution. He has served in executive sales leadership positions for some of the largest enterprise IT organizations and start-ups. He holds a master's degree from Danish Technical University and Boston University. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Computational fluid Dynamics from the Technical University of Denmark. Moreover, he holds degrees in Advanced Sales Leadership and Strategic Sales from Boston University.

Per Kogut

Chief Executive Officer

Per has expertise in corporate strategy and execution, business development, senior executive advisory, M&A transactions, financial turnarounds and sales excellence. Most recently, Per has served as the Chief Executive Officer of NNIT from 2007-2021. During this time, he has headed a company in rapid and successful development – from a fully owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S with one major customer to an independent, publicly listed company servicing an extensive and varied portfolio of customers in Denmark and internationally. Per has a background in IT science and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and IT Science from the University of Copenhagen.

Nicolaj Thomsen

Head of Operations

Nicolaj has expertise in business management, sales excellence, corporate finance, economics, treasury, accounting and project management. He is specialized within the Danish IT industry. Most recently, he has acted as Head of Treasury, managing debt of +900m DKK. Moreover, Nicolaj supported the Executive Management with M&A, investor relations, financial modeling, and commercial support. Nicolaj has a background in Finance and holds a Master's Degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
