The client saw a declining revenue globally, which amongst others was caused by Covid-19, and needed an updated strategy and further investments to drive a financial turnaround on a global scale. The client tasked Relatable Consulting Group to support them with strategic advisory and ensure a successful transformation.

Relatable Consulting Group assisted with the design of a new corporate strategy with a product- and market focus, including the development of a 5-year business plan supported by a management presentation to attain new investors (currently ongoing).
