Where we come from

The founders of Relatable Consulting all originate from different backgrounds in the IT industry. Our work is based on four principles:  People Growth, Executional  Focus,  Engaging Relations, Transformations Realized

Per Kogut

Partner & CEO
Per has expertise in corporate strategy and execution, business development, senior executive advisory, M&A transactions, financial turnarounds and sales excellence. Most recently, Per has served as the Chief Executive Officer of NNIT from 2007-2021. During this time, he has headed a company in rapid and successful development – from a fully owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S with one major customer to an independent, publicly listed company servicing an extensive and varied portfolio of customers in Denmark and internationally. Per has a background in IT science and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and IT Science from the University of Copenhagen.

Nicolai Pommer

Management Consultant​
Nicolai has expertise in business management, sales- & commercial excellence, corporate finance, and M&A. He brings experience from both the banking and software industries, where he has worked across various functions, including sales, anti-money laundering, corporate finance, and treasury. Prior to joining Relatable Consulting, Nicolai developed a strong track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency. He holds a Master's Degree in Sales Management from Copenhagen Business School, equipping him with a strategic understanding of sales leadership and organizational performance.

Rina Wind

EA & Chair of the Board
Rina has worked as a PA/EA with direct reference to top management since 1989 within sales and marketing in the banking, IT, telecom, and medtech industries. Among other responsibilities, Rina has handled management reporting to the UK, US, Nordics, and Europe, as well as the development, planning, and coordination of internal and external customer and dealer events. Additionally, she has been responsible for planning Board of Directors (BoD) meetings, writing minutes and follow-ups, various marketing-related tasks, supporting Key Account Managers, developing sales materials and presentations, organizing sales activities/competitions, accounting, participating in outsourcing projects, strategy planning, and various HR-related tasks.
